Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ yrs. experience preferred of set up and operation of Tsugami Swiss CNC’s
- Fanuc experience a plus; such as Star, Hanwha, KSI
- Part documentation a must for ISO 13485

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Compliance of company’s quality and safety policies
- Part documentation a must for ISO 13485
- Detail oriented mindset
- Maintain clean workspace, equipment and work center. Maintain associated fluid levels
- Understands machining processes related to prints
- Perform various measurements of precision parts
- Responsible for Setup, 1st Article pre-inspection, production runs, deburring
- Monitor load meters, tool life counters
- Troubleshooting / Mechanical skills
- Completes/Updates; setup sheets/ tool lists/ programs for future runs

What you will do:
You may work on both manual and CNC sinker EDM machines, some of which are equipped with automatic tool changers to completely automate the process. Automation helps to ensure the consistency of each component making the process more efficient and faster than manual intervention. We make our electrodes in house so we can control the process. In Sinker EDM you will work with specialized cutting of difficult to machine materials with high accuracy.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Sinker EDM department preferred.
- Able to function independently in a tool shop environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work with tool room areas and team members in a team-like spirit.
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Machining Trade School Certificate Recommended

Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in CNC/ Milling preferred.
- 5 Axis Okuma, Mazak and Haas set up and run experience preferred.

As a machinist in our wire EDM department you will work with a variety of metals, tight tolerances, and a variety of parts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ideally 3- 4 years’ experience in wire EDM machining. Mitsubishi wire experience a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO standards.
- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
- Able to use measuring equipment. ex: CCM, vision systems, Tremous, along with Gage pins, Gage blocks, mics, and calipers.
