OUR FULL MANUFACTURING

Capabilities

From micromachining to laser joining, we deliver
precision manufacturing solutions that meet tight
specs and tight timelines. Our team delivers high-
mix, low-volume work that other shops can’t.
Here’s how we help you get it done.

Swiss turning is ideal for small, detailed parts with tight tolerances. Our machines cut both inside and outside features at once using multiple axes. They’re perfect for long, narrow shapes and designs that require steady precision. With bar-fed automation, we can run medium to high volumes with consistent quality.

Our CNC turning equipment handles parts with intricate features, such as threads, bores, and multi-diameter profiles. Rigid setups and modern tools minimize vibration and maintain consistent tolerances. Whether you need a few prototypes or a steady production run, we deliver smooth finishes and accurate dimensions.

We use 3-axis and 5-axis mills to cut complex shapes, slots, and pockets. Many jobs are completed in a single setup, reducing the likelihood of errors. We work with all types of metals and plastics, tailoring our programs to meet the specific needs of each part. This keeps your project on track and within spec.

Wire EDM uses a thin, charged wire to cut sharp corners, narrow slots, and internal features with no physical contact. This process eliminates burrs and stress and is suitable for working on hardened materials. It’s a good fit for parts that require very fine detail and ±0.0001 “tolerances.

Sinker EDM uses shaped electrodes to burn detailed shapes into metal. It’s great for deep cavities, sharp angles, or fine textures. We use it when other machining methods can’t meet the design needs, especially after heat treating. We make electrodes in-house for better accuracy.

This process drills tiny holes, straight or angled, into hard or delicate materials. It’s useful for guide pins, cooling holes, and EDM start holes. We use this for both single parts and complete production runs. The holes are clean and consistent, even at very small sizes.

Laser welding produces strong, neat welds with minimal heat input. It’s ideal for small, thin parts that need to hold their shape. Our lasers don’t need filler metal, and many jobs require no extra finishing. This is a smart option for clean, medical-grade assemblies.

We use laser marking to add serial numbers, barcodes, or logos directly to your parts. The marks are sharp and don’t change the part’s size or surface. We can mark most metals and some plastics. Every part is handled carefully to ensure that every mark is in the correct place.

We offer more than machining. Our team handles finishing, cleaning, assembly, and even DFM support. Having everything in one place saves time and reduces errors. From passivation to laser marking, we manage the final steps to ensure you receive ready-to-use parts.
