Assembly Services
Our team supports mechanical and electromechanical assembly services for precision-machined components. This includes everything from simple fastening and fitting to multi-part subassemblies built to specification. We ensure each component fits, functions, and performs exactly as required in prototypes, small batches, or full production runs.
We also assist with part mating, custom labeling, torque specs, and customer-specific packaging instructions. Assembly work is carried out in a clean, organized environment with dedicated work cells for efficient handling and traceability.
For clients in regulated industries, we also provide documentation, labeling, and traceability to maintain compliance. Our teams collaborate closely to create a seamless process from start to finish.
Kitting and Packaging
We offer custom kitting solutions to support lean manufacturing, just-in-time inventory, and efficient line-side delivery. Parts are grouped into kits by job, unit, or application, then packaged, labeled, and shipped according to your specifications.
We can incorporate custom inserts, inventory labeling, lot control, and serialized components into each kit. This reduces assembly line delays and ensures your team receives exactly what they need, on time and ready to use.
Kitting reduces the time your team spends sourcing, sorting, and preparing parts. It also improves production flow and inventory accuracy, especially for complex multi-component assemblies, recurring builds, or serialized programs.
Finishing and Cleaning
We coordinate and manage finishing services, including passivation, electropolishing, laser marking, and basic mechanical finishing. Parts are cleaned and finished in accordance with your industry’s specifications, so they’re ready for the next step, whether that’s sterilization, coating, or assembly.
We also manage surface treatments through trusted finishing partners and conduct quality checks on all inbound and outbound parts. This ensures consistent aesthetics, corrosion resistance, and functionality. By integrating finishing into our workflow, we help you minimize lead time and maintain tight control over quality from start to finish.
Inspection and Quality Verification
Every value-added process includes appropriate inspection and documentation. Our Hexagon CMMs, OGP Vision Systems, and in-process inspection protocols ensure that assemblies, kits, and packaged components meet all requirements before they leave our facility.
Whether verifying torque specs in subassemblies or confirming dimensional accuracy in final packaging, our team applies detailed quality plans for every job. We support PPAP documentation, FAI reports, and inspection criteria tailored to your industry. Inspection data can be provided upon request and included with shipments for full traceability.
