Twin City EDM & MFG offers high-performance CNC turning services for demanding parts that require tight tolerances, repeatability, and process control. We specialize in turning parts with complex geometries, deep bores, and multi-diameter features, especially those that require capabilities beyond a typical lathe.
Our equipment includes multi-axis lathes with twin-turret capability, Swiss turning machines, and mill-turn centers, all operating in a climate-controlled facility. These systems allow us to machine concentric features, threads, and critical interfaces on both long and short parts with consistent accuracy. We routinely hold tolerances down to ±0.0001″ on production work. We run parts to meet CPK data and High Validation requirements.

Our CNC turning department supports both low- and high-volume production. We often work on critical components for medical, defense, and industrial customers who need accuracy across multiple surfaces and tight timelines.
We use 18 Swiss-style lathes for slender or complex parts that require interior and exterior machining in a single setup. For larger components or those with off-axis features, our three mill-turn lathes provide efficient cutting, boring, and threading operations with minimal handling.
All turning processes operate alongside in-house inspection, EDM, milling, welding, and laser marking, giving us complete control over each step of production.
