They are made from 17-4 SS, 455 SS, 465 SS, and TX15. All requirements are permanently laser marked into the material and color coded according print requirements. We use Swiss turning, Gun drilling, Micro hole burring and Micro CNC Milling, Sinker EDM, and CNC form grinding to manufacture these instruments. Combining the various processes makes for the most cost effective Drivers and Drills at the highest quality. Depending the size of the inside corner radius we can chose the most cost effective process for tolerance and finish.
