Twin City EDM provides comprehensive precision CNC milling services to customers in the medical, surgical, aerospace, and defense industries. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to, boring, knurling, milling, turning, broaching, deep hole drilling, hard milling, hobbing, and shaping. Finish machining capabilities include deburring, grinding and polishing.

We can mill parts up to 44″ x 20.5″ x 20.5″ with tolerances as tight as ±.0001″ and a repeatability of ±.00008″. Our experienced staff can expertly mill a range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, nickel, rubber polymers, plastics, ceramics, graphite, and composites. The use of advanced multi axis milling machinery enables us to work with a wide range of materials successfully.
