Hexalobes come in lots of sizes and various requirements. We do the standard Torx sizes and every thing inbetween. We will also, do custom designs and fits to meet new or existing customer requirements. These can be done in various material, typically hardened steel. Mainly machined or EDMed in 17-4 SS, 455 SS, 465 SS, 13-8 SS or Titanium in many grades or just 6AL4V. The Hex or Torx sizes can be machined or EDMed to fit customer gage sizes as tight as a slip to press fit.
